Public pages are static HTML. The order page sends the details you provide over HTTPS so we can process your request. Paid orders are completed using Stripe. No cookies, no analytics pixel, no login. Ordinary web-server access logs are kept about 14 days on the London host.

3. If you email us, upload a document, or buy a brief

We process your name, email address, company, Public Register URL, documents you send, your note, Stripe payment metadata, and the brief we produce. Lawful bases: contract, and legitimate interests for Ltd/LLP work-address outreach with STOP honoured immediately. We do not cold-email sole traders.

4. What we do not do

• No sale of your data.
• No open-tracking pixels.
• No bought lists.

5. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and a complaint to the ICO. Email hello@carbrief.co.uk. Objection to direct marketing is absolute.
